Last step before it arrives at your doorstep
Once you have ordered an item, you can track your order. Do you order before 4.30 pm? Then your order will be shipped the same day.
There are some exceptions. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday. If you order before 4.30 pm, we can pack your order today and hand it over to the carrier. You will receive a track-and-trace link in your mailbox from us with which you can track your order online.

Shipment
We only offer free shipping for orders within the Benelux. Outside the Benelux the shipping costs are € 19.50.
All orders are shipped with GLS. ThriftTale.com chose GLS because sustainability is part of GLS's mission just like ours :)
We strive to ship our orders as soon as possible after we have received your order, usually you will receive your items the next (working) day. Nevertheless, we are dependent on our shipping company GLS. Unfortunately, it can happen that the package is on the road longer.
