Once you have ordered an item, you can track you order before 4:30 PM (UTC +1), your order will be shipped within the same day.
There are some exceptions. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday. Ordering before 4:30 PM (UTC +1) means that we are able to pack your order today and hand it over to the carrier. You will receive a track-and-trace link from us, which you can use to track your order online.
We offer free shipping on orders within the European Union only. Outside Europe shipping costs are €19,50.
Returns can be made within a period of 14 days. Returns will be refunded within 3 working days using the same mothod as the one you paid with.
We accept: iDeal, Klarna, Bancontact, ApplePay, GooglePay, MasterCards, VisaCards and ShopifyPay.
All items are carefully assessed for brand authenticity and quality. We only sell items that we are sure of te be authentic. Due to our obsession with quality, you will always find clothing in top condition.

Next the items are carefully inspected, get cleaned up, dry-cleaned, pressed and photographed.

The items are thouroughly inspected, all details are written down, it will be priced and published on our website, where you'll see them.

PACKING AND SHIPPING
After you've found your beauties, out team will pack your order with love, hand it over to our carrier and send you a track & trace code. The carrier will then deliver it to you as soon as possible.

UNPACKING (YAY!)
Its delivery day! Time for a fitting and showing off your ThriftTale outfit to your friends!
